Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling or canceling appointments if less than 24 hour notice then 50% of service booked will be charged. If no notification received prior to appointment time, clients will be charged 75% of scheduled service with the card on file. If no-show happens twice the second no show will be charged 100% of service scheduled with card on file. I understand emergencies happen.
